At Garnering Future, we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel their orders.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

How to Cancel
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible.

Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval. If the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Orders that have already been shipped
